Recent Testimonials

  • Excellent advice over the phone. Letter of mitigation was spot on, resulted in me not needing to attend court and kept the fine at a low level. Thank you very much.

  • I wanted to write and thank you for your assistance in my recent court hearing. The crib sheet you prepared was invaluable and as a result I was able to avoid a ban. My boyfriend was absolutely astounded that I wasn't banned, as was I!

Your expertise gave me the confidence I needed to put across the right points to the Court. In actual fact, when I left the Court Room the Court Usher asked if I had a legal background or any legal training as I was so professional and focused on exactly the right detail! Having never been in this situation before I would have been a lot more nervous and unprepared had it not been for your insight and information on what to expect on the day.

Your service has been fantastic but for obvious reasons I don't anticipate requiring your services in the future! However I will certainly recommend you to any friends or family should they find themselves needing legal advice on any motoring offences.

  • I write to thank you for the excellent service that you provided throughout the last 6 months since I received my NIP for speeding. The offence was at a speed that carried a possible 56 day ban and £1000 potential fine. The loss of licence would have serious consequences for my business and the staff that work for it so receiving this threat was extremely stressful.

I saw your website after the initial search on Google and in truth was rather sceptical at the time. So off I went consulted a solicitor that was supposedly specialist in motoring law and wasted £60 to be told exactly what was on your web site and was free. They even quoted a fee in the region of £800 for Barrister representation and this could rise by the hour if there was waiting time in court or if there was an adjournment!

I signed up your self-representation service and received a very professional and helpful 1 hour phone call from my case handler. As the day neared I decided to change to Barrister representation and this created absolutely no problems at all. A simple additional upfront fee to pay and this was then a fixed price. Prior to the hearing all the information I needed was supplied, my witness statement drafted and all documents required requested on a check list. The stress and anxiety was completely removed.

On the day of the hearing I was met in the court reception by the Barrister and again she was thoroughly prepared and briefed, asked relevant and pertinent questions and in court presented my mitigating circumstances eloquently and professionally.

The outcome was I avoided a ban, but irrespective of this the way your company handled the whole matter gave me confidence in the preparation and had the outcome been a ban I would have known that all reasonable and possible steps had been taken.

I cannot thank you all enough for your work and professionalism and would fully recommend your service to anyone out there who is facing a similar prosecution.
